Requirements:

PC running Microsoft windows 2000 or higher.  I have not tested this for lower versions of Windows.

Execution:

midivib  inputmidifile.mid outputmidifile.mid

You are then given a list of the channels in the MIDI file.
Then are given a prompt to select the channel to add vibrato to.

A new output file with the name you specified will be created



example:

C:\midivib\Debug>midivib 01Adagio.mid output2.mid
